Lisa was outstanding in helping me to complete my purchase. She participated at all stages including finding me appropriate mortgage broker who was also very attentive. Since I was buying from a distance, she was very willing to go to prospective homes and take me on video tours. When we finally secured the deal and I was about to move in, we found that the previous owners had left the house in very dirty condition – she contacted the seller’s realtor and arranged to have a cleaning crew come immediately at the seller’s expense.
